Shipping Policy
Once you place the order online, We start preparing the Masala Items and Ship them Next Business Day. The ordered items can reach your kitchen in 2-5 business days. For hassle-free orders customers can choose any Subscription option so that Products can be Shipped regularly.

We Ship the Orders through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Package. Once we ship the orders the customers will receive the Tracking info.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once the Masala items are opened for consumption you can't Return them. Unopened Masala items can be returned at the expense of customers. All Masala items are prepared fresh-on-demand. And they never sleep in the racks to be found by customers. So the quality and freshness are guaranteed. Hence we are confident that there is no need to return, unless the packages are damaged during transit.

Customers can't exchange the Items sold. If you feel that you have wrongly ordered items on our platform and if you wish to exchange the items for different items, you have to safely return those items without opening on your expense and create a new Order with desirable items.
Cancellation Policy
Once the Order has been placed you can cancel it within 2 hrs if you change your mind for a reason. After the order has been dispatched, you can't cancel the Order.
Refund Policy
For any reason if you happened to cancel the order within 2 hrs after placing the order you will get a full refund. The refund will be issued to the same payment instrument you were using and will reflect in your statement in 3-5 Business Days.
